When you look at this picture I took of the sky and clouds, do you see clouds, or sky, or both? Do you focus in on the forms, or the expanse? Do your emotions, your intellect or your heart feel drawn to it?
Noticing the subtle variation, the big picture and the nuance of nature is where we need to be connecting to in order to appreciate and respect our planet, its atmosphere and its future.
Wednesday night I was invited to bring sound therapy to our Tao meditation group. During the darkly lit and perceptible stillness of our opening moments, I played the bowls and rainstick to an appreciative, receptive audience of spiritual seekers and healers. After reading and discussing our book, (this week it was The Power of the Heart by Baptist de Pape and next week back to the Tao Te Ching), and the section on gratitude, we turned down the lights again and I was invited to close out our meditation group with more ethereal music.
Look into the center of this beautiful, purple, seven petaled clematis and ponder your connection to the divine. It is no coincidence that this bloom has 7 petals and the seventh chakra is your crown that vibrates to the speed of violet.
You have heard of colors being used to create or dissipate certain emotions in the decor industry lately. This advice comes straight from years of color therapists trying to break out of the New Age era and into modern, mainstream interior design.
Purple or violet is the color of the crown chakra, right on top of your head, the soft spot or fontanel you had as a baby before your skull fissured closed. Here is where the light of the cosmos and divine goodness enters and washes over your aura and into your body, down through the chakras.
When you see a clematis vine and its spring/summer blooms, remember your divine source and your purpose on this plane.
“If you want enlightenment – have no opinion.” – John Mundy
At some point you have to take the teachings you learn and apply it.
Your motivation is peace and joy. Your inspiration is peace and joy. Your reward is peace and joy. You are peace and joy. This is the truth of your divinity.
Love has no agenda and no conditions.
1. Sit quietly. 2. close your eyes. 3. Quit Thinking = Meditation
1. Take in the love. 2. Process it. 3. Give it Away = Karma
Your mission is to demonstrate you are not an ego.
You already are perfect and whole.
Take a journey through the ancient healing modality of vibration into the present day practical application of harmonizing with the Universe.

When you are disturbed by someone or something, seek to find solution instead of or after you vent and feel grumpy. If there is no solution because you have no power over them or the circumstance then you probably should invest in your own change in behavior or perspective or attitude. Focus on how to transform it into a wise alchemy of lessons. Respond anew with poise. Uplift the person or situation by not letting your energy get sapped and instead using it as an opportunity for growth/change/knowledge.
When you let go of the patterns of judgment and disapproval, you can totally see a person, place, thing, thought or situation better, clearly and exactly for who, what, or it is. It feels freeing. The tentacles of complaining, comparing and intolerance are untangled. Commit to seeking more of this freedom.
