As we watch the fragrant freesias in every color, wild, blue, western lupines from recent rains and mustard yellow weeds blanketing the hills, we marvel at the wisdom, the beauty and the randomness of Spring.

Y4 – Day 346 – All Will Be Revealed
The Emperor’s clothes are off and more people are seeing him as denuded, finally. Sooner or later, more will be revealed. Therefore, I turn even more attention to writing the legislative branch, sign more petitions and make more phone calls. Meanwhile, I continue to support the NRDC which does exhaustive work to save our planet, Planned Parenthood which provides to save our women, the ACLU and The Trevor Project which saves LGBTQ lives.
I speak, I write of love. Love is also protesting. Just as a mama bear fights wildly to protect her cubs, so does demonstrating for fairness, freedom and love, exhibit love. If we don’t respond with outrage, we are fools who deserve what we get. The political scene demands love in the form of marches, calls and involvement now, without delay.
Even shy and humble souls are standing up. In a word, our heads can no longer be in the sands nor in the clouds. Yes, we will persist.
Besides raising children, I have never been more tapped into Love; firmly, deliberately and actively. To be sure, the silver lining around this fiasco, is our participation in love’s united shield of righteousness.
Y4 – Day 345 – Inner Critics
The inner critics, procrastination, comparison and defeatism slowly diminish as we commit more and more time to our goals.
By keeping your eye on the prize, you stay awake. Your time and life are sacred.
Honor yourself by staying on course.
Y4 – Day 344 – Activity
Why is it that in repose I imagine all kinds of activity I could be doing?
Why does productivity involve showing external results?
Nasturtiums return in March 2017 – from one packet of seeds about fifteen years ago, these spicy, edible flowers keep on self-propagating.

Y4 – Day 343 – Solitude
I love my alone time. I cherish it.
I am never bored.
It is the NO agenda space.
When I worked outside the home I would take a day off and call it my mental health day.
It is a break from the external pull.
It’s a regrouping.
I don’t have to do anything.
Y4 – Day 342 – Spring in the Sky
I can create anything in my cabin. Like my head, the treehouse lends itself to artistic expression on the loose.
With tall sugar and California pines at every window, the nest is protected. The stellar jays, woodpeckers and robins are back, feeding at their main station off the balcony.
The manzanitas are blooming. The ladybugs are birthing. And the brook runs with liquid, melted snow.
Y4 – Day 341 – 10 Steps Conclusion
We cannot know how the metamorphosis will appear or when the miracle will occur. In a mysterious manner, the best scenario emerges, peeking its head through dark clouds. Apply the ten levels plus a,b,c suggestions to generate breakthroughs. I guarantee the highest good will materialize for you. It is the law of psychic survival. I transfer and bequeath it now to you. Pass it on.
I work through my emotions, allowing Love to help me face grief with courage.
Y4 – Day 340 – A,B,C
Advance and proceed through feelings from disasters, tragedies and unforeseen circumstances instead of bypassing them. It takes courage, willingness and humility to:
- Ask for help.
- Believe in a spiritual solution and connect to your divine source.
- Create alchemy. By helping others, firsthand transformation takes place. Spin your own experiences into fine threaded gold. Empower others by sharing your confidence. Together with others we weave the ever-evolving, colorful tapestry of hope in a wellspring of love. Set an example for others by coming out victorious, not victimized.
Y4 – Day 339 – Steps 8-9
- 8. Find a silver lining. Look for a lesson you may have needed to learn.
- 9. Renew your action plan. Adjust to the new normal without censoring, diminishing, conceding, compromising, conforming, constricting or sacrificing authenticity.
- 10. Let go. Allow what doesn’t belong to you or is not your responsibility to run its course. Let it fall away while you work on moving forward.
Y4 – Day 338 – Steps 5-7
- 5. Watch. Listen. Evaluate a distasteful interaction without re-hashing. Observe a contentious or uncomfortable interchange from a different perspective. Imagine you are an outsider looking in.
- 6. Come back to Meditate before breakfast, lunch and dinner as a schedule or re-engage in a daily morning ritual. Give yourself clear, delineated structure for contemplation. Ruminate to help you get to the miracle part.
- 7. Acceptance is key. Get back to core values you listed on January 2nd’s questionnaire. Keep your focus on what you want more of or want to create instead of obsessing about loss or the past.
