How did that ever get to be a cry for help?

Be careful as you walk by my house on the street and God Forbid you should park in our driveway or approach our house! You take your life into your own hands and will have to be shouting for help when you hear our guard dog barking at you!!

I have an easy solution to making my vanity which is in pretty good condition look new again. I bought 4 bun feet at Home Depot and painted them with leftover baseboard white semi-gloss. This is the vanity before.And this is after. It is a minor addition but I smile every time I look at them because it looks more finished and stepped up (pun intended because of the bun feet) a notch. We also saved time and money by not replacing the whole thing. It’s better to upgrade with what you have environmentally speaking than throwing it all away and never mind how creative it is to turn something old into something new, even if it is a tiny detail.

Linear thinkers, close your eyes and draw your feelings.

Today is Friday. Typically the start of a weekend full of excuses why it’s okay to eat poorly or excessively. Let’s see if this helps somebody.

Affirmation for today:

I eat healthy and nutritious foods.

I love and accept myself exactly where I am today.

We are blooming and scenting the neighborhood. I gathered these bouquets from our yard and placed them just so, all over the yoga space.

Feathering your nest can be so creative. The research I have poured over in the last few months has taught me that I am capable, resourceful and crafty. The more I place a price limit on a purchase, the more I investigate, discern and artsy I get.
