last week’s theme

Due to a flood at my home on Sunday, I started to reflect on how I handled the situation; especially in contrast to others.  I shared these self-observations with you in class.  I am convinced that our past experiences, our temperament and our immediate emotional condition are linked to help produce either a reaction, a response or a more observant neutral state.

Some of you have requested I repeat the affirmations I needed to hear this week – possibly stirring something inside of yourselves or inspiring you in some way.

I DO THE BEST I CAN, WHATEVER ARISES

I AM AT PEACE WITH MYSELF

I LIVE ONE DAY AT A TIME, MOMENT BY MOMENT BY MOMENT, WITH EACH BREATH
