1)     On Monday, May 7th, I am teaching at Soul at Home at 12:30-1:30.  It is a $9/class and you don’t have to be a member.  It is free for members.

2)     On Sunday, May 13th, Mother’s Day – the 6pm gentle class at the Yogamat has been canceled.  Happy mommy day!!

3)     Arrowhead class at 11:30am on May 12th also canceled due to my son’s college graduation -so super proud mama!

4)     Field trip rescheduled for Thursday, May 24.  Lake Arrowhead – Paddleboat 1 hour Tour, thai restaurant lunch, 2 galleries, the resort and spa and lots of shops!!!!Call or email me.
